Megan thee Stallion: In Her Words served as the popstar’s first authorized documentary, addressing public scrutiny and telling her comprehensive life story up to this point. Mixing anime styled cartoon work with self capture and iPhone coverage from the documentary’s director, our marketing campaign reflected the film’s emotionality and distinct creative style. I oversaw the full 360 campaign, from developing campaign strategy to bringing execution to life. Key tactics included a world premiere in Los Angeles with a global screening extension, custom social assets developed for talent handles and leveraging owned channels on Prime Video.
